Account and Data Deletion
RokBlock users can request deletion of their account and personal data by emailing hello@rokblock.com.au.
Please include the email address used for your RokBlock account and the building or organisation you are connected to. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
When a deletion request is approved, RokBlock will delete or de-identify personal profile, access, device, and account data where possible.
Some records may be retained where required for building operations, security, audit, legal, insurance, or regulatory reasons. For example, building requests, work orders, messages, notices, and audit logs may need to remain as part of a building’s operational history, but personal identifiers may be removed or de-identified where appropriate.
